Description
This trail begins on Road 29, passes a large beaver pond and ends on Tongue Mountain Trail No. 294.
The CCC built the trail while falling snags to reduce fire danger in the area in 1933 and 1934. The snags were what was left of the forest after the Cispus fires of 1902 and 1918 which burned a total of 96,000 acres. Sections of this trail are steep.
