Description

There are 15 campsites that will accommodate tents, trailers, and RVs up to 22 feet in length. Tables, fire rings, paved road, vault toilets and a nature trail are available within the campground. No potable water available. Potable water is available during the camping season, 2 miles west at the Lena Creek Campground. Garbage cans are not provided. Please pack out your garbage and leave a clean campsite.

Campground is located along the shore of the Hamma Hamma River. Evergreen conifers and hardwoods provide lots of shade at this campground.

Additional Details

Hiking, mountain climbing, fishing, picnicking, and river walks are available in the area. The trailhead for the CCC Living Legacy Interpretive trail is located in the campground. Lena Lake trailhead, which is also the trailhead for Upper Lena Lake and The Brothers trails, and Putvin and Mildred Lakes trailheads are located on F.S. Road #25, west of the campground. Lena Creek Campground is 2 miles west on FS Road #25.
