Description

This beautiful 40-foot houseboat combines all the features, style and value for either a family or a small group of friends. From lazy days of floating in the sun to, an active day of swimming or fishing, it has everything you need. With a gas fireplace, water slide, 3 private sleeping areas including penthouse, plus a sofa bed and dinette that turn down in the living room area, 3 piece bath, microwave, CD player, Sirius radio, fish finder, command bridge, Bimini top.

Make yourself comfortable.... The 2 staterooms on the Mirage 40 offer you Queen size beds, over head lighting, fan and storage. A large window to let the stars in at night. On-board is a private bathroom completely equipped with a sink, vanity, mirror, toilet and glass enclosed shower. You've also got a penthouse with a double sized bed accessed by a ladder. Kids love this space!

The Mirage 40 has been built with comfort in mind - with all the room and amenities you need for having a good time. To satisfy your appetite the functional galley comes fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, deep stainless-steel sink, substantial storage space, and microwave. Large windows bring the beauty of the outdoors in as you enjoy your meals seated at the comfortable dinette, which makes down into a comfy bed for two.

A lounge that makes you feel welcome... with the Canadian earth tone colors, it's expensive looking, but practical. Direct/indirect lighting, an AM/FM stereo with CD player, fireplace, a TV with DVD player, and don't forget the fish finder located on the helm. A comfortable sofa that makes down into a comfy bed. Large windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the front deck and outdoor propane BBQ and cold storage locker, for... fish?

The Mirage 40 may be just a 40 footer but it has more going for it than you can imagine... When you step out onto the back deck you'll find an outdoor shower, swim ladder, rod holders and a stairwell leading you to the upper-deck where a hot tub, stereo, water slide and fly bridge await you and your friends. Enjoy the spectacular view from the deck or lounge in the sun on top the penthouse. Relax in comfort under the bimini top as you troll for that big rainbow. The Mirage 40 pulls together the best of both worlds, and the families that use it.
