Description
The trail begins across Highway 30 opposite Oldman Pass Sno-Park. The trail is recommended for skiers with good downhill/uphill skills because steep hills require quick reactions and skill. The trail passes through the forest, descends into the Wind River Valley, and crosses a rough hewn bridge over the Wind River. After the bridge it climbs up to a clearcut and intersects with Forest Road 3053. Many options exist to ski several different loops using this trail and connecting to trails No. 148, No. 150, No. 157 or No. 159 by using Forest Road 3053
