Our Ramada is located conveniently just off I-80 at exit 272 on 2nd Avenue, Highway 10. - Ramada is only minutes from all of the local sites and attractions that the Kearney area has to offer including The Great Platte River Archway Monument, Cabela's Outdoor & Sporting Goods Store, Yanney Park, Fort Kearney, Rowe Sanctuary, Trails and Rails Museum and Pioneer Village in Minden. - Kearney is home to the University of Nebraska at Kearney, Eaton Manufacturing, Baldwin Filter, Good Samaritan Hospital, Central Community College and Coleman Power Mate. - Sports and activities abound near our Ramada so take in an event at the Kearney Event Center, Harmon Park, Harvey Park, Big Apple Fun Center or Loper Stadium. - We offer comfortable lodging in 209 guest rooms in a variety of styles. Each of our rooms feature King or Queen Serta Perfect Sleeper Plush Top Beds, Moen Massage Shower Heads, Wireless Internet, and In Room Safes. King Rooms feature Easy Chairs, large work desk, Refrigerator, and Microwave. We have 10800 Sq. Ft. of meeting space. Large Ballroom is available for Conferences, Meetings and Social Events. Pool - Hot tub and arcade room for kids. - We are currently undergoing a progressive renovation to our hotel so that we may better serve you. Please excuse any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

From the North: South on 2nd Ave or Highway 10 to 4th Street. Corner of 2nd avenue and 4th street. Hotel is on the left.
From the South: North on 2nd Ave to 4th street. Corner of 2nd Ave and 4th street. Hotel is on the right.
From the East: Travel West on I-80 to exit 272, Kearney exit, Go north on 2nd Ave to 2nd stop light, 4th Street. Hotel is on the right.
From West: East on I-80 to ext 272, Kearney exit, Go North on 2nd Ave to 2nd stop light, 4th street. Hotel is on the right. From the Airport: South on Airport Road for 1 mile. Turn right on Highway 30, 25th Street, and go 3 miles. Turn left onto 2nd Avenue and go 3.5 miles. Hotel is on the left at 4th Street.
From Omaha or Lincoln, Nebraska: Travel West on I-80 to exit 272, Kearney exit, Go north on 2nd Ave to 2nd stop light, 4th Street. Hotel is on the right.
From Denver, Colorado: East on I-80 to ext 272, Kearney exit, Go North on 2nd Ave to 2nd stop light, 4th street. Hotel is on the right.
