The Middle Saint Vrain OHV Route is a rough 4WD road, with large rocks and logs. It follows Middle St. Vrain Creek and crosses some side creeks as well. It ends at Indian Peaks Wilderness Boundary, at the Middle St. Vrain Trailhead on the Buchanan Pass Trail. The road can make a loop with the Coney Creek Road. The connector road is especially steep and narrow.

Basic Directions
The trail begins at the Camp Dick campground, located one mile west of Colorado State Highway 72, at mile-marker 50. It is approximately 19 miles north of Nederland and 20 miles south of Estes Park. It can also be accessed via Colorado State Highway 66 west to Lyons, then southwest on Colorado State Highway 7 for approximately 12 miles to Highway 72, then south on Highway 72 approximately four miles.
