The "Green River Daily" is a popular 9-mile half day trip on the Green River through the lower portion of Gray Canyon. Put in is at Nefertiti Rapid and take out is at Swaseys Beach, 10 miles north of the town of Green River. This segment contains just seven sets of rapids -- ClassI (FLAT) to 3 -- that are enough to keep things lively, but not overwhelm. A guide is not necessary, though they are available.
