Description

Huckleberries Grow Wild In The Montana Mountains, And The Gates Family Was The First To Offer Huckleberry Preserves From Our Bigfork Kitchen. For Over 50 Years We Have Made The Best Preserves (similar To A Jam Or Jelly) And Syrups From The Native Fruits Of Montana, Including Wild Huckleberry. While Some Other Companies Mass-produce Their Product, We Still Do Everything By Hand At Our Small, Impeccably Clean Kitchen In Downtown Bigfork, Montana. Everything Is Made In Small Batches On The Stove Top - Just As It Has Been For Over 60 Years. Even The Fruit Juice For The Syrups Is Squeezed Using Vintage Hand Cranked Presses. We Take Our Job Of Producing Quality Preserves And Syrups Seriously - Our Family Presents Itself To The World Through Our Products And Everything Is Made With Pride And Care. We Are So Proud Of Our Methods That We Invite You To Stop In Our Gift Shop And Kitchen And Watch Us At Work Making Our Preserves And Syrups The Next Time You Are In Downtown Bigfork. Or Call To Discuss Your Special Order With A Member Of The Family.
