Description

The K-Diamond-K is a 1600 acre guest dude ranch located 125 miles North of Spokane in Eastern Washington. We invite you to stay a while with us and enjoy ranch life. While here, you can relax,or join in and experience the many activities that make a ranch work. Visit us for a unique family adventure vacation. Your dude ranch vacation will be one to remember!

We live in a beautiful part of Washington State. Our mountains and valleys combine for a natural spectacle beyond compare. The lakes, forests and rivers provide a visual feast. We have four full seasons here. Each new month brings changes in appearance of the terrain.

There is plenty to do while at K Diamond K Guest Ranch. There are miles of riding trails with a different scenic view on every ride. Riding lessons are given to guests upon arrival. With more than 30 horses, there is one for the beginner as well as the experienced rider. You will feel a certain thrill of seeing white tail deer, coyotes or wild turkeys at anytime on the trail or in front of the lodge. Take a leisurely pace of walking through tall timber trails, grassy meadows and feel the grandeur of the valley below. There is an ever changing view with each foot step. See the wide variety of color in the flowers and landscape. You will be amazed how blue the sky can be. Try catching a colorful rainbow trout in the San Poil river that runs through the ranch. Or try your skill in several mountain lakes as well as the well known Curlew Lake just a short distance from the ranch.

Experience an Old West Cattle Drive! This seasonal event of branding, doctoring, and moving cattle occurs in the spring, pushing cattle high into the mountains for summer grazing, and in the fall searching the hills to bring them home for winter calving.

No matter when you come, you are sure to enjoy a distinctive visit. A time to relax is every evening on the front porch watching the sun set or in front of the fireplace during the winter holidays.
