Grays Harbor - Hiking

The Grays Harbor area - Grayland, Westport, Ocean Shores, and Aberdeen - guard the southern entrance to the Olympic peninsula, a large swath of which is protected as part of Olympic National Park. Hiking trails in the Grays Harbor area are listed below, though some require an hour's drive or two for access. Go prepared for great trail variety, from rugged coastline and beaches, to lush temperate rainforests, subalpine meadows, and glacier capped peaks.
