Winthrop National Fish Hatchery

The Leavenworth National Fish Hatchery Complex includes three U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service hatcheries in north central Washington. Our hatcheries are located near the towns of Leavenworth, Entiat, and Winthrop, Washington. The Winthrop National Fish Hatchery (NFH) is open year round and is open to the public. Come explore our hatchery, talk with staff, watch our operations, and learn about our fish and the environment they live in. There is something for all ages to discover! You might also want to check out Leavenworth and Entiat NFHs nearby!
