The Mirage 56SE was conceived and designed from the beginning with full wheelchair accessibility and medical necessities in mind. This luxurious 56' houseboat is finished in beautiful Maple. In addition to expected features such as 2 fridges, power invertor, 5 private sleeping areas, plus a hide-a-bed in the living room, 2 bathrooms (with roll in shower), microwave, TV/ VCR, CD stereo, fireplace and a fish finder. A medical bed (with track for lifts), wheel chair elevator to upper deck, lake lift and hot tub lift are less-common features. For all her special features, however, the Mirage 56SE remains very much a traditional houseboat with three staterooms, an 8 person hot tub, fly bridge, waterslide and a bikini top.
Accommodations begin with the double medical bed stateroom. Included is a vanity, track for lifts, access to roll in shower, ceiling fan, storage and over head lighting. The other private sleeping areas include a bunk room, a double bed stateroom and a penthouse with 2 double beds. All sleeping areas have opening windows to let the stars in at night. A private bathroom comes completely equipped with sink, vanity, mirror, toilet and glass enclosed shower.
The Mirage 56SE has been built with room in mind from small touches, such as an easy-to-access deep stainless - steel sink, to larger ones, such as wheel chair elevator. To satisfy your appetite the functional galley comes fully equipped with gas range, stove, 2 refrigerators, substantial storage space, and microwave. Oversize windows descend past the chairs bringing the beauty of the outdoors in as you enjoy your meals seated at the dining table.
The Mirage 56SE makes you feel welcome with a feeling of openness and visibility. Oversized windows descending past the settees to provide the superb view. Direct/indirect lighting, a AM/FM stereo with CD player, fireplace, a TV with VCR or DVD player and don’t forget the fish finder located on the helm provide the entertainment. A comfortable sofa that makes down into a comfy bed to provide a conversation area.
Out on the front deck there’s a outdoor propane BBQ and a cold storage locker. On the back deck a wheel chair elevator takes you up to the upper deck where the serious relaxation takes place thanks to the flybridge, stereo, wet bar, hot tub with hot tub lift and a waterslide.
