Description

Trail starts on Forest Service Road 39 and follows the South Fork of Twenty mile Creek to the main stem, continuing past North Twentymile Meadows, and turning up the West Fork. It then turns westsouthwest to the head of Smarty Creek and back to Twentymile Creek and back to FS Road 39. Trail also provides access to North Fork Twentymile Trail 560.
