Olympic Outdoor Center
A one stop source for kayak rentals and guided tours on the Kitsap Peninsula, the Olympic Outdoor Center has it all. Sea and whitewater kayaks, sailboats, and all the roof racks necessary to transport your gear to where you want to go.
Private Tours are available for all ages, almost any time, all year round. Whether you want to learn to roll in a fiberglass single, take 50 people from your work to Blake Island in stable double kayaks, or let us take your kids on a kayak birthday party in kayaks just their size, Olympic Outdoor Center can accommodate your kayaking desires.
Some popular tours include:
- Liberty Bay Moonlight Tour - Paddling at night under moonlight is magical and a new experience for most kayakers. Experience the wonders of night paddling like phosphorescence dripping off your paddle, quiet sounds of evening, and the night lights of Poulsbo from the water. And it's romantic. Be sure to bring a jacket, sweater, and a head light.
- Fall Salmon Tours - Bring family & friends to join the annual ritual of returning salmon. We’ll tour a salmon hatchery, go over kayak basics & visit salmon in our kayaks. We use stable double kayaks, so ALL AGES & EXPERIENCE LEVELS welcome!
