Description

Nestled amongst the forests of the norternmost tip of the Olympic Peninsula, Jefferson County has a history that starts with early Native American habitants and marches on through Captain Vancouver to the development of Port Townsend and the influx of Chinese immigrants. Exhibits in the Jefferson County Historical Museum are dedicated to making the region's history come alive again for the benefit of this generation. Check the calendar to find out what's on show for the latest temporary exhibit.
