Horshoe Cave Campground

Horseshoe Cove Campground is located along the Baker Lake Road (Forest Service Road #11 / 1118) approximately 14.8 miles from State Route 20. The campground is situated on the western shore of Baker Lake and has 36 tent/trailer sites of which 26 can be reserved. The remainder are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Three of the sites are wheelchair accessible. In addition, there are 3 reservable group sites (1-25 people each). A boat ramp and swimming area are adjacent to the campground. There are vault toilets, water and garbage bins. Refer to the table below for spur lengths and additional information.

 Directions

Take State Route 20 off of Interstate 5 and travel east approximately 22.5 miles to near milepost 82. Turn left on the Baker Lake Road (Forest Service Road No.11). Continue on this road approximately 14.8 miles then turn right onto Forest Road 1118 and follow the signs to the campground.
