Augspurger Mountain Trail - No. 4407

The Augspurger Mountain Trail shares a trailhead with the Dog Mountain Trail, offering a gentle loop oportunity with the Dog Mountain Trail, complete with views of the Columbia River Gorge, numerous volcano peaks, and wildflowers in season. A 1.5 mile connector trail ties this trail into the Dog Mountain Trail. The Augspurger Trail continues for another 4 miles to its terminus in a gravel pit.

There are plans to add this system into the Grassy Knoll Trail No. 146 and to add a section of trail along the Little Wind River. For more information, please check with the Columbia River Gorge Scenic Area at (541) 386-2333.
